You agree to indemnify, hold harmless to any officers, employees of Sunshine America Inc. for any expenses, liabilities arising from your violation of any terms and regulations.
Sunshine America is under no obligation to compensate for any contents or services provided by users unless otherwise it’s committed in written contract.

The jurisdiction of the State of North Carolina, US, governs the Terms & Conditions. Sunshine America Inc. is based out of the US and is subjected to all applicable laws by the US. However, if you access our services from outside of the US, you are responsible to abide by all local rules and regulations in addition to our terms and conditions.
